Player Agreement — SweetSweeps
This Player Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of SweetSweeps, a free-to-play social sweepstakes casino operated by Inimitable Solutions Limited (Gibraltar). By creating an account, you accept these terms in full, including the sweeps coins redemption rules described in the sections below. No purchase necessary to play or win. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not register for or continue using SweetSweeps.

SweetSweeps encourages you to read both documents before participating in any promotional activity.
Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of SweetSweeps will be resolved through binding arbitration as set out in the official rules, rather than in court, except where you elect to bring an individual claim in small claims court. Arbitration proceedings are conducted on an individual basis and are intended to provide a faster, more efficient resolution process for both parties.
By accepting this Agreement, you waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding against SweetSweeps or its operator. You also waive any right to a jury trial in connection with such disputes. This waiver survives termination of your account and continues to apply after you stop using the platform.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact SweetSweeps support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute is not resolved within a reasonable period, either party may proceed to binding arbitration as set out in the official rules. This informal resolution step is intended to reduce costs and delay for both you and SweetSweeps.
Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use SweetSweeps. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and that all information you provide during registration is true, current, and complete. Participation is void where prohibited by applicable law.
Only one account is permitted per person, household, and email address. SweetSweeps may adjust the mechanics of this license at any time to comply with applicable law.

Account Security and Profile Administration
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify SweetSweeps promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. SweetSweeps is not liable for losses caused by your failure to safeguard your login information.
Your profile must contain accurate personal information, and you may not impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity. SweetSweeps may request supporting documentation to verify your profile details at any time, particularly prior to processing a redemption. Accounts with incomplete or inconsistent verification information may be temporarily restricted until the discrepancy is resolved.
You may update your profile information, including your contact details and communication preferences, through your account settings at any time. SweetSweeps recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available security features to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. You remain responsible for keeping your registered email address current so that important account notices reach you.
Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited on SweetSweeps: creating multiple accounts, using automated scripts or bots, exploiting software errors, colluding with other players, and providing false identity or eligibility information. Intellectual Property and User Contributions
All content available on SweetSweeps, including game graphics, logos, text, and software, is owned by SweetSweeps or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership interest in this content beyond the limited license needed to use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
If you submit feedback, reviews, or other contributions to SweetSweeps, you grant SweetSweeps a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform. You represent that any contribution you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the SweetSweeps platform, including its underlying software, without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of SweetSweeps trademarks, logos, or branding in connection with third-party products or services is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
System Outages and Technical Disruptions
SweetSweeps relies on third-party infrastructure, including hosting, game providers, and payment processing services, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, connectivity issues, or unforeseen technical failures may temporarily prevent access to games, account balances, or redemption features. SweetSweeps is not responsible for losses arising from such disruptions.
In the event of a verified software or display error affecting game outcomes or coin balances, SweetSweeps reserves the right to void the affected results and restore accounts to their state prior to the error. This measure protects the integrity of the platform for all players and is applied consistently across affected accounts.
SweetSweeps will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance windows in advance where practical, though emergency maintenance may occur without notice. Coin balances and pending redemption requests are preserved through routine outages, and any related delays are resolved once normal service is restored. SweetSweeps is not obligated to provide compensation for time lost to a disruption.
Liability Limits and Indemnification
SweetSweeps is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SweetSweeps and its operator disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, and total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the Sweeps Coins directly at issue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SweetSweeps, its operator Inimitable Solutions Limited, and its payment processor, Good Morning Services Inc., from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the platform. This indemnification obligation survives the closure of your account.
Termination and General Provisions
SweetSweeps may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion for violation of this Agreement, suspected fraud, or extended inactivity. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, any unredeemed Sweeps Coins may be forfeited in accordance with the official rules then in effect.
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s place of business, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction apply. SweetSweeps’ failure to enforce any provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision later. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect, and this Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and SweetSweeps regarding its subject matter. Sweepstakes void where prohibited. Reward fulfillment associated with Sweeps Coins redemptions is processed with the assistance of Good Morning Services Inc., and all such fulfillment remains subject to the sweeps coins redemption rules described throughout this Agreement.
